The first step in the process of connecting to the power grid
Begins with determining the responsible network organization for the selected land plot. It is recommended to use the website of the Moscow Department of Housing and Communal Services, where in the section "Determining the parameters of technological connection" you can select a site or enter the coordinates of an object under construction. Connection parameters such as reliability category (I-III), maximum power and voltage level (NN or CH) are also indicated here. If the necessary information is not available, you should contact the local government, which will provide the data within 15 days.
To apply for the connection, you must prepare the following documents:
- The applicant's passport or the representative's power of attorney;
- A plan with the location of the power receiving devices;
- A single-line diagram of the power grid;
- The list of connected equipment and equipment;
- Documents confirming the rights to the land or object;
- Draft power supply contract and other supporting documents.
After collecting all the documents, you should apply for technological connection through the Public Services Portal, customer service or by mail. As a result of consideration of the application, a draft contract and technical conditions will be issued, or a reasoned refusal in case it is impossible to meet the capacity requirements. An incomplete set of documents or errors in them can also lead to rejection. The final stage is the signing of a contract for technological connection and the conclusion of a contract for the supply of electricity with a sales company.
